Block, who lived in the Park Lane Apartments, died Wednesday in nursing home at 1040 Delaware Ave. Mr. Block owned the LaFrance Jewelry Co. in the Jackson Bldg. before his retirement in 1932.

He was a former vice president and trustee of Temple Beth Zion, of which he was a member 75 years. Wyatt, 19, of 14 N. Pine St. Pvt. Wyatt was found dead Nov. 16 in his sleeping bag in mountains near Anchorage, Alaska.

He had been on a coldweather training mission with 22 other men from his unit, Company Fourth Battalion, 23d Infantry Division, Richardson, Alaska.
