FAQ
How do you make simple syrup?
Simple syrup is mixture of sugar + water in equal quantities, cooked over low heat until sugar melts. So for the Pink Señorita recipe, use ½ c sugar + ½ c water. This will make enough for at least 4 drinks, and stores well in the fridge if you don't want that many right away.
What kind of grapefruit juice is best for a pink tequila co*cktail?
Any grapefruit juice will do, but we prefer freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice for optimum flavor.
Can I make a large batch of pink tequila co*cktails for a party or gathering?
Yes! Use 16 oz of tequila, 1 quart of grapefruit juice, 6 ounces simple syrup and 6 oz cranberry juice. This should make about 12-15 drinks.
Can I use flavored tequila to enhance the taste of a pink tequila co*cktail?
Yes, using flavored tequila can add depth and complexity to this co*cktail. Flavored tequilas, such as strawberry, mango, or jalapeño-infused varieties, can complement the other ingredients in the co*cktail. Experiment with different flavored tequilas to find combinations that suit your taste preferences.
Are there any non-alcoholic alternatives for pink señorita tequila co*cktails?
Yes, you can create a non-alcoholic version by replacing the tequila with alcohol-free alternatives such as non-alcoholic distilled spirits or flavored soda water. Additionally, you can adjust the recipe to focus on the grapefruit juice or cranberry juice to achieve a similar taste experience without the alcohol content.

Hi Brooke! thanks for reaching out. Simple syrup is mixture of sugar + water in equal quantities, cooked over low heat until sugar melts. So for the Pink Señorita recipe, use 1/2 c sugar + 1/2 c water. This will make enough for at least 4 drinks, and stores well in the fridge if you don't want that many right away. Cheers!
