    In my years working with and managing sales teams, there are clear profiles and natural strengths of sales people: hunters, miners and farmers. I know it’s broad generalization but looks like thisHunters are pretty obvious. They shoot to kill. Miners and farmers gets confused with a lot. Farmers sow and reap. They grow accounts and have a long term view on how to extend value. But they also seed new things into the accounts. Miners mine the accounts. They will close every opportunity in the account but do not spend the time to seed new ones or build new relationships that ultimately expands the account. #sales #people #hiring
